Westmoreland County HPRP Eligibility
 Westmoreland
County has received federal stimulus money under the American
Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 to assist county residents who
are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless and who need temporary
assistance in order to retain or obtain housing.
Who is eligible for Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing?
- Individuals and families who are homeless
- Individuals and families at risk of becoming homeless if
assistance was not available
- Individual and families with no other housing options,
financial resources, or support networks to obtain or remain in
housing
- Individuals and families with household incomes at or below
50% Area Median Income (AMI)
