 Looking for a home to rent or apartment rental? Affordable
Homes Westmoreland includes several non-profit agencies and
developers working alongside the Westmoreland County Department of
Planning and Development to provide affordable housing for low to
moderate income residents of Westmoreland County, PA.
Applications for rental properties vary from one participating
entity to the next and from program to program.
Listed below are our currently participating agencies and the
application process for each.
Homes Build Hope, Inc.
Homes Build Hope, Inc. is a non-profit affordable housing agency.
HBH owns and operates more than 80 rental units throughout
Westmoreland County, including the communities of East Vandergrift,
Irwin, Jeannette, Greensburg, Latrobe, and Derry.
Whether you are looking for an apartment rental or a home to rent,
Homes Build Hope has something for you. Available are apartments,
townhouses, duplex homes and a few single-family homes for rental.
