Special Programs for Low to Moderate Income Residents

Latrobe HomeIf you've experienced a problem when you tried to buy a house because of low income or limited cash, you may be able to receive help on a down payment and closing costs based on your total household income and the number of people residing in your household.

If you are a first time home buyer, or have not owned a home in the last three years, or are a displaced homemaker (and your income qualifies) you may be eligible.

In addition to programs for first time home buyers, there is often special financing available for those in the military, veterans, and people with a disability.
