In partnership with the Westmoreland County Department of Planning and Development and local communities, WCA has worked to revitalize distressed neighborhoods by building beautiful new homes or by renovating and reconstructing older homes. Projects have crossed the county from Greensburg to Jeannette, Mount Pleasant, Claridge, Export, Latrobe, Monessen, New Kensington and Youngwood.

Two New Ranch Homes provide single floor living on South Sixth Street in Youngwood, PA

The 1352 sq. ft. homes are located in the Hempfield School District and feature 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with a covered front porch, rear patio, central air conditioning and gravel driveway with 2 vehicle parking. A dishwasher and microwave are included.

Six new homes will complete Jeannette's South 6th Street Neighborhood Revitalization.

The final phase of Westmoreland County's largest revitalized community will take place over the next few years. An additional six homes will be added to this attractive neighborhood just blocks away from a vibrant downtown area.

All of the new homes will be energy efficient and offer 3 bedrooms with 1.5 baths, first floor laundry, spacious open kitchen, 2 off-street parking spaces, easy care lawn and welcoming front porch.
