Westmoreland County Department of Planning and
Development's Home Investment Partnership Program has
had many successful developments throughout the area.
 In
partnership with Homes Build Hope and Westmoreland
Community Action, there are revitalization and building
programs on Weldon Street and Lloyd Avenue in Latrobe,
Markhaven in North Huntingdon Township, Slope Hill in
Mount Pleasant, Walker's Ridge in Hempfield Township,
Allegheny Pointe in Allegheny Township, and Scottdale
Borough.
